Особенности заболевания и факторы прогноза
Аннотация
Карцинома Меркеля – редкая и крайне агрессивная опухоль кожи, отличающаяся гистологическим многообразием, обусловливающим трудности морфологической диагностики. Оценка прогноза карциномы Меркеля является одной из приоритетных задач. Факторами прогноза выступают гистологические, иммуногистохимические, клинические характеристики опухоли.
