Особенности реабилитации после эндопротезирования крупных суставов в онкоортопедии

Аннотация

В настоящее время нет единого мнения о выборе тактики восстановительного лечения после эндопротезирования крупных суставов в онкоортопедии. Проанализированы имеющиеся данные по особенностям реабилитации, в зависимости от локализации опухолевого процесса, типа эндопротеза, метода фиксации ножек эндопротеза. Проведение комплексной реабилитации значительно улучшает функциональные результаты хирургического лечения и качества жизни больных с опухолями опорно-двигательного аппарата.
