Медико-психологические проблемы больных с опухолевыми поражениями позвоночника
Аннотация
Опухолевые поражения позвоночника приводят к болевому синдрому, к инвалидизации и в ряде случаев затрудняют получение адекватного системного лечения, что ведет к сокращению жизни. В результате болезни нарушается трудоспособность больного, значительно снижается общий уровень функционирования. Это сопровождается чувствами бессилия и беспомощности, депрессией, а в случаях выраженного болевого синдрома – суицидальными мыслями.
