Роль чрескожной вертебропластики и биопсии в диагностике и лечении больных с опухолевым поражением позвоночника
Аннотация
Проблема лечения болевого синдрома у онкологических пациентов является одной из наиболее важных проблем современной онкологии. А учитывая, что больные с метастатическим поражением позвоночника жалуются на болевой синдром в 85-96% случаев, актуальность этого вопроса очевидна. Чрескожная биопсия позвоночника малоинвазивный и эффективный способ предоперационной диагностики опухолевого поражения позвоночника, позволяющий верифицировать поражение у 83% больных. Чрескожная вертебропластика современный метод лечения болевого синдрома у пациентов с поражением позвоночника. При правильно выбранных показаниях эффективность этого метода лечения достаточно высока: 82-97%, а процент осложнений минимален 2-7% (по данным различных авторов).
