Education

In 1999, Dr. Egorenkov graduated from the Saint Petersburg State I.P. Pavlov Medical University. Between 1999 and 2001, he was a clinical resident at the N.N. Petrov National Medical Research Center of Oncology. Dr. Egorenkov’s professional growth included work as a TA at the Oncology Department of the Saint Petersburg Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in 2005 and as an associate professor at the same university in 2010. He has trained at the Tokyo Antitumor Center in 2005, West German Cancer Center (Essen University Hospital) in 2010, Cancer Center (Rudolfinerhaus Clinic) in Vienna, Austria in 2008.

Dr. Egorenkov serves as a deputy director of medical practice (surgical help) at the Saint Petersburg Clinical Research and Practical Center of Specialized Medical Care in Oncology.

Dr. Egorenkov examines patients with risk factors and confirmed oncological diseases, conducts a program of oncological prevention. He has mastered advanced methods of diagnosis and treatment (including surgical) of benign, pre-cancer and malignant neoplasms including soft tissue tumors and skin neoplasm of any location. He performs diagnostic sample collection (biopsy) of the liver and retroperitoneal space, as well as all types of operative interventions on the organs of the abdominal cavity, musculoskeletal system, including pathologies of the bones.

Dr. Egorenkov became a member of the Society of Oncologists of CIS states, Russia, Saint Petersburg and Leningrad Region in 2001; in 2003, he became a member of the European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO).
