Abstract
A case of the primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma of the spine with spinal cord compression is reported. The value of standard and dynamic contrast-enhanced MRI in diagnosis and evaluation of the treatment efficiency in a patient with primary non-Hodgkin lymphoma is shown.

Abstract
In present time tumors of hematopoietic and lymphoid tissue take the main place in the common structure of bone system defeat by malignant tumors, making according to different authors about 34-40%. The considerable gain of absolute number of the diseased is in the last decade. Execution vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty in group of patients with tumors of lymphoid tissue allows reaching good clinical result, increase in quality of life, minimize terms of conservative treatment beginning.

Abstract
Background. To determine the prognosis of survival in patients with metastases in the long bones to support the indications for surgery and the choice of its form (radical or palliative). Methods. Analysis of the results of examination and treatment of 104 patients with metastatic lesions of the long bones was presents. The method of discriminant analysis was used to predict survival in patients. Results. Based on the prognosis of survival in patients with bone metastases were the indications for surgery and certain types of (radical and palliative). Conclusion. Using the developed approach to surgical treatment of patients with bone metastases avoids unnecessary types of operations and, therefore, repeated surgeries and allows to restore limb function in the short period of time.

Abstract
An evaluation of efficacy of Gleevec in gastrointestinal stromal tumor is under discussion. Standard RECIST criteria underestimate the tumor response in contrast with highly sensitive PET evaluation. Proposed criteria modifications offer CT response evaluation. We demonstrated a difference between response criteria presenting a clinical case.
TUMORS OF THE SKIN

Abstract
The data about the second tumors (polyneoplasias) that were found in 53 out of 767 6,9%), patients with skin melanoma are presented. The most frequent was the combination of skin melanoma with skin cancer - 11 (20,7 %) patients, slightly more rare was primary multiple skin melanoma - 8 (15,0%) patients; skin melanoma in combination with colon cancer was noted in 4 (8,1%) patients. Such tumors as thyroid gland cancer, ovarial cancer and other organs in combination with skin melanoma were revealed in some patients. The second tumors were found to be more often metachronous: they were diagnosed from 5 month to 15 years after the completion of treatment for primary skin melanoma. Results of treatment of patients with polyneoplasias and patients with primary skin melanoma were studied in a comparative aspect, and showed that second tumors in patients with melanoma of the skin is a factor of worth prognosis.

Abstract
On the base of N.N. Blokhin Russian Cancer Research Center of RAMs had been designed the method of acquiring sterile deimmunized matrix from donor bone. This matrix can be used as a base for bioimplants for replacing bone defects. The aim of the research was the estimation of influence of the chemical treatment to the bone mechanical properties and the suppression of acute implant rejection. It was proved that the method provides sterilization and decreases immunogenicity of the matrix (absence of any degradation signs and absence of rejection reaction spreading during syngenic heterotopic transplantation in mice). After applying this method, we do not observe any signs of decreasing of mechanical properties (yield stress, Young's modulus, ultimate stress) in comparison with intact bone.

Abstract
Information supply in any medical institution is a complicated and laborious process, directed to solve professional, organizational and social problems. In this article You can find a full description of long time experience of using by FSCC FMBA of information technologies which contributed to converting information space of a scientific-clinical institution into coordination centre between medical workers and their patients. The article covers the problem of improving the availability and quality of provision of specialized and qualified medical assistance, on the base of improvement of information supply in the institution.
