Саркомы мягких тканей кисти и стопы: особенности течения и основные хирургические подходы

Аннотация
Саркомы мягких тканей кисти и стопы представляют собой редкую подгруппу мезенхимальных опухолей с более благоприятным онкологическим прогнозом. Для данного вида новообразований существуют несколько опций хирургического лечения в зависимости от гистологического подтипа, размеров и местного распространения опухоли. Кроме того, в связи со значительной функциональной нагрузкой на дистальные отделы конечностей хирургические методы лечения пациентов с такими опухолями имеют особенности. Публикаций же, посвященных особенностям течения и прогнозу сарком мягких тканей кисти и стопы, немного.
В данном обзоре представлена характеристика сарком мягких тканей кисти и стопы, а также анализируются методы хирургического лечения пациентов с этим видом опухолей.
