Эндопротезирование лопатки в сравнении с другими видами реконструктивных операций этой области
Аннотация
Реконструкция функционального и косметического дефекта после экстирпации лопатки в настоящий момент не имеет общепринятых стандартов и по-прежнему остается широко обсуждаемым вопросом. Эндопротезирование лопатки позволяет частично нивелировать недостатки других реконструктивных операций и увеличить функциональный результат конечности. Однако данный метод имеет достаточно узкие показания и высокие риски осложнений, что затрудняет его использование при большинстве операций по экстирпации лопатки. достижение хорошего клинического, функционального и онкологического результата зависит от соблюдения показаний к эндопротезированию лопатки, соблюдения техники операции, тщательного отбора пациентов.
