Редкий случай из практики – остеосаркома пяточной кости
Аннотация
Данная статья посвящена демонстрации клинического случая пациента с остеосаркомой редкой локализации. Остеосаркома относится к высокозлокачественным опухолям скелета и составляет до 6% от всех костных опухолей и дисплазий, 62% от злокачественных опухолей костей и 18% всех злокачественных опухолей у детей. Примерно в 80% случаев метастазы локализуются только в легких, метастазирование только в кости или одновременно в кости и легкие наблюдается у 20% больных. Пациенту выполнены адъювантная и неоадъювантная полихимиотерапия и оперативное лечение – экстирпация правой пяточной кости с замещением дефекта торакодорсальным лоскутом.
