Abstract

The article contains description of the clinical case of primary hyperparathyroidism and osteodystrophy due to parathyroid adenoma. Difficulties of the differential diagnosis of osteodystrophy in the setting of metabolic disorders and massive pseudotumor lesions in bones are discussed. Results of the complex cytological, radiographic and biochemical tests of the patient are also presented.
