Персонифицированная химиотерапия: маркеры предсказания токсичности противоопухолевых препаратов

Аннотация

В настоящее время для лечения онкологических заболеваний используется множество химиотерапевтических препаратов, однако мало известно о маркерах, предсказывающих эффективность и токсичность лечения. Как было показано, вариабельность в эффективности и токсичности химиопрепаратов у отдельных больных определяют их генотипические особенности. В обзоре описываются основные ферменты, метаболизирующие ксенобиотики, а также их значение для предсказания токсичности современных химиопрепаратов и перспективы дальнейших исследований.
