Content of soluble form of vascular endothelial adhesion molecule type 1 (sVCAM-1) in the serum of patients with bone tumors

Abstract

Представлены результаты сравнительного анализа уровней sVCAM-1 в сыворотке крови практически здоровых людей (n=50), больных злокачественными (n=152) и пограничными (n=14) опухолями костей с учетом основных клинических и морфологических характеристик заболевания. У пациентов с новообразованиями костей среднее содержание sVCAM-1 в сыворотке крови было достоверно выше, чем у практически здоровых людей. Не выявлено различий в содержании sVCAM-1 при пограничных и злокачественных опухолях костей. У пациентов с положительным эффектом от химиотерапевтического лечения, соответствующим 3-4-й степени лечебного патоморфоза опухоли, исходные уровни sVCAM-1 были ниже по сравнению с больными, у которых отметили резистентность к химиотерапии или 1-2-ю степень лечебного патоморфоза.
