Гигантоклеточная опухоль кости
Аннотация
Представлен обзор литературы, посвященный классификации, эпидемиологии, клиническому течению, морфологии и лучевой диагностике гигантоклеточной опухоли кости (ГКО). ГКО – достаточно часто встречаемая первичная опухоль кости, гистогенез которой остается невыясненным. Этот тип опухоли выделен в отдельную группу и представлен гигантоклеточной опухолью типичного строения и гораздо реже встречаемой злокачественной формой нетипичного строения. Методы лучевой диагностики играют особую роль в дифференциальной диагностике этого процесса, так как даже на этапе рутинной рентгенографии правильный диагноз может быть установлен с высокой точностью.
